How long until I receive my products?
Answer: The lead-time for delivery of your order depends on where you live. For example, we ship out of Texas. If we sent a package to New York it would take anywhere from 3 - 5 working days. If we sent a package to California, it would take anywhere from 4-5 working days. Most orders ship same day that we receive the order.
How do you package your products?
Answer: All products are shipped in manufacture’s boxes via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. If you have other special packaging requirements just enter it in the comments section of your order form.
Why is there a shipping charge with my order?
Answer: You will notice that we charge shipping on all orders. We do not inflate the price of our products in order to offer, "free shipping" like most competitive sites. We are confident that when you compare the total cost of your order and the quality of our products to other competitive companies, you will find that we offer superior products at competitive prices.
Can you directly ship to a nursing home or alternate site facility?
Answer: Yes, many of our customers have parents or loved one’s currently in a nursing facility. We can and will drop ship your order anywhere in the contiguous US.
How do you return products?
Answer: When you need to return a product, please either call us toll-free at 1-800-659-8037, or email us to let us know what you are returning, why it is being returned and what method you will be returning it by (for example: UPS or FedEx). We will then tell you how much your refund will be, or how soon a new product can be shipped out. Your refund will be made in whatever way the payment was made. For example: If you paid by check, we will send a refund check, or if you pay by credit card, we will refund the money to the CREDIT CARD you paid with. The refund will be given AFTER we receive the return.
What is shipping cost on returns?
Answer: When you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return it. If the reason for the return is that the product is defective, we shipped the wrong product/size, or it was damaged in shipping, WE will pick up the shipping costs. When we refer to damage in shipping, we mean if the PRODUCT inside the box is damaged or destroyed. From time to time, boxes may get dented or damaged in shipping, but the product on the inside is just fine.

Answer: Devoted Medical Supply, LCC uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption technology, the standard for ensuring secure data transmission across the Internet. SSL ensures that Devoted Medical Supply, LCC servers can only read the data you provide us. When you purchase an item from us with your credit card, your credit card number is stored in a location that is not accessible to the Internet. What is "super absorbent polymer" (SAP)?
Answer: SAP is a powder-like substance incorporated in most disposable incontinent products. SAP transforms into a gel substance to lock fluid inside absorbent padding and prevent leaks.
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Answer: Our Medicare/Medicaid Department provides a valuable service for customers who are residents of Texas. We can bill Medicare and Medicaid for your purchase if you qualify. To determine if you are eligible, please e-mail or call our Medicare/Medicaid department toll free at 1-800-659-8037.
What is Devoted Auto-Delivery?
Answer: You get 5% discount when you sign up for Devoted Auto-Deliver. We know that your life is already hectic, and we want the purchase of your incontinence products as quick and easy as possible. You simply tell us the frequency (for example: every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, etc.) of what you want, and it’s there at your door. We automatically ship your needed products without you going online or calling in each time to place an order. And we are flexible. If you need an order sooner than anticipated or not as quickly as scheduled, just go online or give us a call and we can delay the order or ship it out to you at once. You may change or cancel your plan at any time, without any hassles, and with no penalties.
